Return Policy
We hope you love what you’ve ordered! But just in case you’re not 100% satisfied, we’ve made the return process super easy. All you need to do is click Start a Return, then click Return on the order you wish to submit a refund request for.
We gladly accept returns of unwashed, unworn, unaltered, or damaged merchandise purchased online within 30 days of the purchase date for STORE CREDIT. WE DO NOT OFFER CASH REFUNDS, CARD REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
In the case the item is damaged or didn’t match the listing description, My Shirt My Way will cover return shipping costs. Otherwise buyer is responsible.
Lost Goods
If your goods are lost during shipping, please start a return. Once we receive your refund request we will follow up with the shipping company.
Cancelling Your Order
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled. If it is within 12 hours of you placing your order, contact our customer service team immediately and include the order number in your message. We will do our best to cancel the order and issue a store credit refund for your order including shipping costs.
Adding Items To An Order
We cannot add additional items to your order once it has been processed. If it is within 12 hours of your previous order, contact our customer service team immediately and include both order numbers in your message. We will do our best to combine orders and apply free shipping if eligible.
